Located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift on Via Rampa Antonio Ceriani, peace and quiet is yours, as well as the opportunity to live like a real Roman. This cozy studio is comprised of a livingsleeping area, kitchenette corner with breakfast nook, private bathroom with shower, and beautiful private terrace. Please note that check in is by appointment only and must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to arrange check in appointment 48 hours in advance results in a mandatory E25 penalty. Check in time is from 14:00-20:00, though we do accept late arrivals. After 9pm there is a late check in fee of E20, and after 23:00 there is a late check in fee of E30. Should you arrive at the property more than an hour late, without letting anyone know, there's a mandatory E40 fee.
