B&B Biennale in Venice ★★★  

-The accomodation Biennale is located in S. Elena, a pretty and lovely and green island at just twentythirty minutes, walking, mayeby less, from St. Mark square. At only five minutes, by bus-boat from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale and S.Elena boat-stop).Inside a first 900 century palace- no high water-up to ground level, it does consists in:-1)a pretty nice small flat (studio-flat), for maximum three people, with kitchenette SELF-CATERING- sitting room with one confortable one place sofa-bed, a double sleeping room, a nice and new bathroom (Wc-bidet-sink-one big and confortable shower).There is also a good size color TV and internet plug connection. 2) a very nice double-room, with self bath-room, for two persons,with a snack-corner for small break-fast (Italian brek-fast) , kattle (hot water machine for caffe and thea) fridge. TV,dvd, and internet plague connection.-We are also conventioned for special Italian breakfast , specia price, with the close bar Paradiso at Biennale, in front of Biennale-Giardini boat-stop. In front also at the Biennale exposiction gate.
