The accommodation : Stay close to Cornelia metro station, easy to visit Vatican, easily can take metro to other spots. Plenty of seviced apartments and supermarkets available here.take roma card with you. Most of the attractions are with in walking distance, remember Rome was... more built when thre were no trains, buses ,etc. If u have time have a tour of aqueducts.
Not to be missed fountains , St Peter's Basilica , Colosseo

The accommodation : The Hotel Edera, the location is great, close to the Colosseum and the park. The single rooms are comfortable and cosy. The breakfast is standard. It's not a great hotel, but it's very nice, the staff is quite friendly. Everything... more was very good, there were no problems.

The accommodation : My daughter and I went to Rome and we were lucky enough to stay in the centre, at my firend's house. However, we know that there are plenty of hotels and B&Bs and religious institutions of various prices. The low-season,... more even if the weather is hot, is August.
