Wallasey is a town situated within the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, Merseyside in England. This town is the precise place where the first guide dog training school in UK, the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association was founded in 1931. Liscard is so depressing it has no good shops and absolutely nothing to offer anybody like jobs training oppertunities or any sort of entertainment it needs a boot up the rear.
