In the Maryland State in the United States, the Talbot County has a city called Easton. This city lies at the top of a triangle, the other two points of which are St. Michaels and Oxford. All the sides of this triangle are 10 miles in length.

As per the 2000 census, the population of this city was 11,708. The society is made up of Whites (71.75%), African American (23.45%), Native American (0.17%), Asian (1.79%), Pacific Islander (0.36%) and the rest from other races.

In winter, the temperature ranges from 30 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit and in summer varies from 70 to 79 degrees Fahrenheit.

Historical Society of Talbot County Museum In the Historical Society of Talbot County Museum, several objects that are related to the Historical Society’s collection like toys, clothing, paintings, photographs and furniture are displayed. It is closed on Sundays and open from 10:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Saturday. Entry is free of cost. Pickering Creek Audubon Center Pickering Creek Audubon Center is spread over an area of 400 acres which includes shoreline, fields and forests. In this place there are environmental education programs as well as activities like canoeing, birding and nature trails. From Monday to Friday, it is open from 8:30 to 17:00 while on Saturday the timing is 10:00 to 16:00. The Center is closed on Sundays. Third Haven Friends Meeting House The oldest documented structure in the State of Maryland is the Third Haven Friends Meeting House. It was constructed in 1684.
