Overall Guide : While in Zurich, enjoy a walk through its narrow winding streets of the Old Town where plenty of antique shops, boutiques, baroque buildings, bars and cafeterias can be found . Not far from the train station is one of the ... Leggi tutto best areas to go shopping: Bahnhofstrasse and Paradeplatz are here with their a la mode boutiques and department stores with a wide range of luxury goods. An excursion on the river by boat will allow panoramic views of Zurichs skyline. On the Niederdorf, Zürichs left bank, there are lots of places where you get various types of international food and drink at cheap prices. Zurich is also reknownd for its culture and historical sights: old baroque and gothic churches of which Grossmünster and Fraumünster are two of the most famous; and many art galleries and museums. At night Zurich has a lot to offer various live music performances! Also worth a visit are one of the many Schauspielhaus (small theaters) where you enjoy many drama performances. Not far from Escher Wyss Platz are bars, restaurants, clubs where the locals go to enjoy themselves and where tourists can expierence the true atmosphere of such an internationally rich and european city. There are lots of places where to go and things to do according to the time of the year you visit! In winter, there are wonderful ski resorts, in summer the lakes are not to be missed! There are many towns and the villages which properly deserve a visit very close to Zurich. Dielsdorf and Regensberg, just to mention two enchanting villages among the many that dot the swiss Alps.

Overall Guide : A top 100 city in Europe for sure. So well ordered and beautiful with a medieval core, well pedestrianized. The quayside at the river and the lake are fantastic. Overall Guide : Trams in the old town are reliable, very good location near main station in Zurich. Exciting place for me very pretty and very clean, going back loved it.
