The place contains many treasures like ten bells, an ancient nave and Cavendish brasses. It is also the third tallest church tower... more in the country. The Derby Arboretum is a landscaped recreational area that houses beautiful statues apart from all the amenities like cafes, community rooms and sports facilities. The Rose Hill Recreation Ground is a famous play area in the park. Displaying the city’s archaeology, geology and natural history through a large collection of artefacts and paintings is the Derby Museum and Art Gallery. A stunning ensemble of ancient porcelain is also on display in the gallery. An unusual source of entertainment is the Derby Punx Picnic where the punk bands perform.
