Hollywood Airport is a great international airport offering a wide range of transport possibilities from and to Miami, but for credit card owners over 25 in age, the easiest way to get to Miami, Miami Beach or Coral Gables is to rent a car, though traffic jams and dangerous, aggressive drivers!
The underground is, no doubt, the cheapest and quickest means of transport to get through the city!
Several are the hotels, but accomodation can be expensive, especially downtown!
A sojourn in Florida does not only mean laze on the sand all day, as lots of exciting and interesting things can be done, too: museums where to go to, bars to enjoy a drink and get relaxed, clubs at night for dancing or meeting friends!

Overall Guide : Nice beaches, good for shopping, easy to drive, good hotels, best time to go May to Sept. (Summer = low season = lower prices at hotels), people are also very friendly, you have many options for fun, restaurants with many kinds ...
