Overall Guide : A nice city, it is safer than most cities although it is starting to get a little more people coming from the LA area and and it is not as safe as it use to be. It is clean, the... more people are nice but there are not many good restaurants here or much. Entertainment. Have to go to TO. Simi Mall is outdoor mall and unless its fantastic weather it is useless. Its either too hot too cold or windy. Only clothing stores that have ok clothing is Kohls or Macys. Again to TO or Northridge
