Stowe, a small town located in Lamoille County, is situated in the United States. The largest town in Vermont, Stowe is a popular winter destination that attracts tourists from all over the globe. With a population of around 4,400 inhabitants, the city offers a world class ski area.
The city enjoys an ideal continental climate, characterised by mild, pleasant summers and cold, dry winters. The city’s ideal climate makes it favourable for visit throughout the year. 
Chartered in 1763 by Governor Benning Wentworth, the city had no permanent settlements until 1793. By the early eighteenth century, most of the land was sold and people flocked to the city.
Painting, pottery, crafts and sculptures are important cultural elements; tourism is the largest money-earning sector.

Mansfield, is renowned for its outdoor activities and adventures. The Stowe Recreation Path, also known as the Stowe Bike Path, is a popular recreational trail. The city also provides a number of hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, fishing, hot air ballooning  and canoeing opportunities during the summer and fall months. Stowe, during fall, offers stunning views of beautiful hillsides and maple trees. Owing to its rich culture and tradition, Stowe hosts a wide range of festivals and seasonal events. Some of the widely celebrated events include the Green Mountain Regatta, Vermont Days and Green Mountain Corvette Classic.
