San Francisco Bay is located to the north of this city.

Overall Guide : Being an important part of Silicon Valley, Sunnyvale is a major tourists attraction. The city is filled with several high tech buildings that belong to various giant companies. Besides the modern attractions, the city of Sunnyvale has various art galleries,... more museums and entertainment venues. The Lace Museum in Sunnyvale is a non- profit organization, which was founded in 1981. The museum is unique and the only place where visitors can see an outstanding collection of lace and lace tools. Moffett Field Golf Course is an ideal place for spending leisure time. This 18 hole golf course consists of small lakes and lush green surroundings. Sunnyvale Historical Museum holds the artefacts and documents which disclose the historical details of Sunnyvale. Similarly, Sunnyvale Heritage Park Museum has state-of-the-art architecture. One can learn about the cultural history of the city in such museums.
