Vietnam does not have a healthcare service matching the western standards. Medical expenses in the country are not too high, which attracts people from various nations who come to Vietnam for treatment.Bigger cities are quite prone to incidents of snatching, petty thefts and rash driving. While on the streets shopping bags, purses, valuables etc. should be handled very carefully as the cities are infamous for groups of bikers who snatch things.
